The Studio

Red Rogue Studio is Julian Humphries and Amber McConnell. Our goal at Red Rogue Studio is to create remarkable images that will be treasured for a lifetime, and to provide our clients with service, value and excellence. We are a full service photography boutique specializing in creating high fashion photographic art for the Austin community. Red Rogue Studio is the best choice for senior pictures,  portraits, wedding photography, and music and band photography.

We are located in the Lofts in the Triangle right off Guadalupe and 47th st in central Austin. We’re right around the corner from KickButt Coffee and the Flying Saucer!

Our History

Although we are of significantly different ages, we have both been avid photographers since we were teens (just in different decades!).  As lifelong photographers we both are passionate  about our job and believe our passion will help you get exactly the result you are looking for.  From magazines to wall art, from modeling agencies to weddings, we have the experience to satisfy whatever the job.

Our Abilities

Although many clients are happy with the results of digital photography, we also shoot in film, both 35 mm and Polaroid instant film.  If you’re looking for that special vintage look that only real Polaroid film can produce, contact us for details.

Red Rogue Studio is highly experienced in studio lighting and natural lighting.  We work with all types of studio lights, hot light and strobes as well as on location lighting and balancing available light with strobes.

We are also proficient in post production techniques. We use Lightroom and Photoshop CS5  to achieve exactly the result you are looking for.
